Waves of Serenity

Edilyn Hinotan, Jean Lyka Abejero Potoy, Kia Fhattie Sagario

The storm may pass, the sea calm,
And in its wake, a peaceful balm,
The waves may lull, the breeze may sing,
As seagulls glide on graceful wing.

The sea, a canvas of endless blue,
With secrets deep and tales anew,
A tranquil space, a place to reflect,
As thoughts and dreams, the mind elect.

And as I sit upon the shore,
With nothing but the ocean’s roar
I feel at peace, at one with all,
A moment to breathe, a moment to stall.

For in this world of storm and strife,
The sea is but a constant life,
A symbol of strength, a symbol of grace,
A reminder, of a timeless place.
